Ultra High Brightness Fiber Coupled Diode Laser

The Visotek UHBFC (Ultra High Brightness Fiber Coupled) series diode lasers consist of a unique 2 dimensional hermetically sealed diode array (patent pending) that incorporates backside cooling and Telcordia grade single emitter technology and Visotek’s proprietary ultra efficient fiber coupling. The unprecedented coupling efficiencies into such a small diameter fiber, using a unique single emitter based architecture, provides the most cost effective platform with unrivaled brightness.

The unique brightness of these lasers enables a wide variety of industrial processing applications currently being served by solid state, CO2 and fiber lasers. It also offers an efficient pump source for fiber lasers and other solid state lasers.

The lasers can be configured as OEM units with fiber coupling or free space optics. Turn-key solutions are also available. Our new network compatible control allows simple configurations or remote control of one or multiple modules via Ethernet.
