Flexible Laser Optic (FLO)

Description

2D scanning welding optics with integrated autofocus for high power Nd:YAG, CO2 and fiber lasers that enables flexible and highly productive robotic laser welding. It automatically locates the weld line, closed looped with the physical beam steering separate from the motion of the robotic manipulator. The system requires only minimal interfacing with the laser machine or robot, making set-up and changeover an efficient operation.
